Event Venues & Temporary Sites
Venue and event requests need clear setup and collection windows, an approved truck entrance and the exact storage position. Separate attendee or visitor access from the route used for the container move.
SETUP AND COLLECTION WINDOWS
Provide the venue contact and explain when vehicles and people will be clear of the route. Include the approved truck entrance, check-in requirements and any fixed collection deadline.
WHAT IS INSIDE
Describe equipment, stock, fixtures or other contents remaining in the container. Estimate weight and show how items are secured. Photograph the unit and external modifications.
PLACEMENT AND LATER REMOVAL
Mark the footprint and door end while also showing the access needed for a later pickup. Explain temporary ground preparation or supports. Include both delivery and removal requests as separate movements.
REQUEST A REVIEWED MOVING QUOTE
Send the actual pickup and delivery addresses, container dimensions and height, condition, contents and estimated weight. Include access and placement photos, your preferred date and site contacts. TCM reviews container transport, relocation and on-site moving requests for 10-foot, 20-foot, 40-foot and 45-foot units. Empty, loaded and modified units are assessed for the particular move before equipment, price or scheduling is confirmed. Call 972-640-8550 or use the moving quote form.
Container moving questions
Can I request an on-site container relocation?
Yes. Identify the current and proposed positions, door orientation and the route between them. Include access photos and container details for review.
What happens after I send the quote information?
The team reviews the unit, both locations, access and preferred timing before confirming equipment suitability, a quote and schedule.
