Self-Storage Facilities
A self-storage property may need containers repositioned, removed or delivered as its layout changes. Show how the truck reaches the unit without relying only on the site's public entrance.
AISLES AND ACCESS
Photograph the route through the property, including gates, corners and nearby occupied units. Explain the available clearance and where vehicles can turn. Identify the manager who can keep the route open.
CONTENTS AND OWNER COORDINATION
State whether the container is empty and who is responsible for any stored contents. Provide estimated weight and securing details if anything remains inside. Confirm the unit's release with the authorized site contact.
NEW POSITION
Mark the receiving footprint and door end. For on-site relocation, show both positions and the route between them. Explain support blocks, attached fixtures and preparations that must be completed.
REQUEST A REVIEWED MOVING QUOTE
Send the actual pickup and delivery addresses, container dimensions and height, condition, contents and estimated weight. Include access and placement photos, your preferred date and site contacts. TCM reviews container transport, relocation and on-site moving requests for 10-foot, 20-foot, 40-foot and 45-foot units. Empty, loaded and modified units are assessed for the particular move before equipment, price or scheduling is confirmed. Call 972-640-8550 or use the moving quote form.
