For a farm, ranch or remote property, the usable gate can be different from the mailing address. Show the complete path from the public-road approach to the proposed container position.
IDENTIFY THE ENTRANCE
Provide the actual gate address or map pin, contact and opening instructions. Photograph it from the approach and from inside. Describe the usable opening and turns without relying on a photograph of an open field.
FOLLOW THE INTERNAL ROUTE
Show the route past buildings, trees, parked equipment and overhead utilities. Explain surfaces, soft areas and current preparation work. Identify where the vehicle can turn and leave after unloading.
MARK THE FOOTPRINT
Show the proposed ground and supports, and mark the desired door end. Include wide photos around the footprint. The team assesses the necessary operating space for the selected equipment; there is no single clearance number that suits every property.
KEEP PHOTOS CURRENT
Send updated images if weather or construction changes the access. Identify who will clear the route and open gates on the agreed date.
