Texas Container Movers - Terms and Conditions

 

1. Introduction Welcome to Texas Container Movers. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our container moving services. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

 

2. Services Provided Texas Container Movers specializes in the transportation, delivery, and pickup of shipping containers, including but not limited to containers used for storage, commercial purposes, and hauling hay and pine straw. Services are subject to availability and operational feasibility.

 

3. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be scheduled in advance and confirmed by Texas Container Movers.

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

• Full payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved electronic payments.

• Any additional charges incurred due to delays, rescheduling, or extra services requested by the customer will be billed accordingly.

 

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will be refunded, minus any processing fees.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

 

5. Container Condition and Load Restrictions

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that the container is in transportable condition.

• Texas Container Movers reserves the right to refuse transport of containers deemed unsafe, damaged, or improperly loaded.

• Customers must comply with weight limits and legal transportation guidelines.

 

6. Liability and Insurance

• Texas Container Movers will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safe transport of containers.

• We are not liable for damages due to improper loading, shifting cargo, or pre-existing container conditions.

• Customers are encouraged to obtain additional insurance for high-value items.

• Liability for damages, if applicable, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

 

7. Access and Delivery Conditions

• Customers must ensure that pickup and delivery locations have adequate access for trucks and trailers.

• If access is obstructed or unsafe, additional fees may apply for rescheduling or alternative delivery arrangements.

 

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information regarding container dimensions, weight, and contents.

• Ensure the container is ready for transport at the scheduled time.

• Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding container transportation and contents.

 

9. Force Majeure Texas Container Movers is not responsible for service delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, accidents, road closures, mechanical failures, or government restrictions.

 

10. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from our services should be reported within 7 days of service completion.

• We will attempt to resolve disputes amicably; if unresolved, disputes shall be settled under the laws of the State of Texas.

 

11. Amendments Texas Container Movers reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Customers are encouraged to review them periodically.
